18 HOLES OF GOLF W/CART TO BENEFIT LOCAL CANCER PATIENTS IN FINANCIAL NEED. TEAMS OF 4- LIGHT BREAKFAST, SNACKS, LUNCH AT TURN, & BUFFET DINNER. SEVERAL DOOR PRIZES, TOP 3 TEAMS CASH PRIZES. Awards for Longest Drive Male/Female, Closest to the Pin, and $1000 Hole in One Prize. Goodie bag with golf gifts handed out at start of event. Shot gun start at 8:30AM - Mulligans & Skins optional. Online registration opens June 1st at www.thejmcf.org under Events tab. Or register a team by calling 315-339-5993 M-F (9am to 5pm). Tee Hole Signs $100 Gold, $50 Silver- can be for business advertising or can be personal remembrance sign “In Memory” or “In Honor” with picture. If interested in a sign, please call 315-339-5993 9am to 5pm M-F. Proceeds from the tournament will benefit cancer patients in active treatment with rent, gas, grocery, needed equipment/supplies, child care, and utility bills. The treatment status of every patient is verified before assistance is allocated. All patients live in or have treatment in Oneida, Herkimer, Madison, or Onondaga Counties in CNY. The JM Chubbuck Foundation has received grants from Jim & Juli Boeheim Foundation, Walmart DC, and Griffin Charitable Foundation. The foundation has assisted over 1500 patients for approximately $500,000 since its start in November 2014. The JMCF works with MVHS, SDMG, UPSTATE CANCER CENTER, GOLISANO CHILDRENS HOSPITAL, AMP, ROSWELL PARK ONEIDA HEALTH, MSKCC, DANA FABER, BASSETT CANCER INSTITUTE, U OF R WILMOT CANCER CENTER, HOACNY, ALBANY MED, & THE HOSPICE AIM PROGRAM.
